Google is ready with yet another doodle for the day dedicated to legend leader Martin Luther King Jr. Martin Luther King Jr Day 2014 Google Doodle is also designed by featuring Martin at the center of doodle like previous years doodles.

Google made the doodle apt for the leader who fought for peace by including flying doves replacing alphabet ‘o’. Google have previously published  a special Google doodle  on the occasion of 50th anniversary celebration of Kings ‘ I Have a Dream Speech’ on 28th August 2013. In the doodle for Martin Luther King Jr Day 2014, Google have included the image of Lincoln Memorial at Washington DC, where MLK gave this renowned speech to humanity.

Martin Luther King Day is a federal holiday in United States, and it is observed on Third Monday coming near to Kings birthday on 15th January. It’s in the year 1983, the bill was signed to dedicate the day in honor of MLK,  well known activist, leader of African American civil rights movement and all over  a good human being who fought for humanity and humanitarian values.

In the year 2014, It’s on 20th January Martin Luther King Jr. Day is celebrated in United States. Many program are arranged all over the country including at Lincoln Memorial, Washington National Cathedral, The Kennedy Center ……so on. Special programs of MLK Day includes parades, memorial ceremonies, public programs,human right services …Etc.

Martin through his activities made people rethink about what is brotherhood, liberty, equality and peace. King took nonviolence as the motto. MLK won Nobel Prize for peace in the year 1964. It’s his intention to make the world equally enjoyed by each and every one made him the civil rights leader admired by everyone.

Google have came up with MLK Day special Google doodle since 2003. In most of the doodles for MLK Day, Google included ingredients to point out his taught and wishes for world with equal rights for all. 2014 MLK Day Google doodle also points out his deep wish for peace in world.
