Doodle 4 Google 2009 Egypt by Sameh Fade

Doodle 4 Google competition is conducted by Google for students to bring out their artistic talents. In the year 2009, they came up with this competition for the students of Egypt also. This was for the first time it was held in Egypt.

Sameh Fadel came out as the winner of this competition andDoodle 4 Google 2009 Egypt by Sameh Fade was published in the Google home page on 4th April 2009. Doodle 4 Google 2009 Egypt was designed with the theme ‘My Egypt’ ans it’s perfectly reflecting the culture of Egypt.

The competition Doodle 4 Google was held in Egypt and other Middle East countries as part of Orphan’s Day. We can see the images of Egyptian Pharaohs many other pictures replacing the logo alphabets.

More than 150 Orphan students participated in the competition that was conducted on March 28th. Many creative works were produced by the students in the competition and out of all the doodles that was designed on the theme ‘My Egypt’, this Google Doodle that was created by Sameh Fadel, a student of 15 years was voted as the best doodle and became the winner of competition.

The theme for the competition itself seemed to be quite interesting. Egypt is a country with great historical importance and the culture of the country is unique. We can see many things in Egypt that we cannot see anywhere else. It is one of the place from which ancient civilizations got birth. So historical importance of the country is beyond what we can imagine.

Doodle 4 Google 2009 Egypt we saw on the Google homepage also was a perfect reflection of the values and traditions of the country. Sameh Fadel managed to decorate the Google homepage of Google with this beautiful doodle. It was one of the best doodle that was introduced by Doodle 4 Google competition.
