Yesterday Google published a worldcup Doodle for match between Brazil and Germany by featuring vanishing spray. Today for semi finals match between Argentina and Netherlands Google published an animated Doodle that features goal line technology.

Within this world cup Google Doodle you can see that letter ‘O’ stands as goal keeper and football being hit to goal post. Unfortunately it didn’t result in a goal, hit on top bar of the post and roll over the line. Then an ant comes up on the filed and measure position of ball from line with a ruler and declared that it is not a goal by waving red flag.

Actually this Doodle highlights the goal line technology that used at first time on 2014 edition of world cup football. It tracks the exact position of football related to goal line. Camera tracking and magnetic filed sensors are used for make this technology into action.

This Doodle also reflect shade of Argentina flag, the team which play against Netherlands in second semi finals of World cup 2014. The Argentina vs Netherlands match will be played at Arena Corinthians stadium in Sao Pualo. The winner of this match will play against Germany in final match of world cup 2014 on 13th July 2014 at Estadio Maracana stadium in Rio De Janeiro.
