Samsung introduced the eight core Exynos 5 Octa at CES 2013. The Samsung processor is also found within their flagship Smartphone Galaxy SIV. Now Samsung reported that new Exynos 5 Octa will arrives next week.

After six months of last release now Samsung all set to unveils new Exynos 5 Octa. “Year after year we strive to improve the power and performance of our Exynos 5 processors. As we knew Exynos 5 Octa is the sixth generation processor of the series, developed through the big.Little architecture from ARM. The previously released eight-core Exynos 5 Octa uses 28nm semiconductor technology. Exynos 5 Octa is a combination of Cortex-A15 and Cortex-A7 cores.
Samsung claimed that the eight core Exynos 5 Octa can provide 70% power saving performance, also ensures heavy multi-tasking support and lagless performance. The stunning graphic support of provides better gaming experience and advanced application support within the devices powers by it.
The international 3G version of Samsung Galaxy SIV is powered by 1.6GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor. The LTE version of Samsung’s flagship phone is powered by 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor. The analysts reported that in the case of web browsing the snapdragon 600 version stands above that of Exynos 5 model. In all other cases Exynos 5 and snapdragon 600 shows same range performance.
