Google Doodle Marks Opening of LA2015, Special Olympics Summer World Games

Google presents doodle on opening day of Special Olympics Summer World Games 2015. Doodle is global and animated. Starting from July 25th, Special Olympics 2015 lasts till August 2, 2015. Circle of Inclusion which supports acceptance and inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities is included in design theme by Google doodle team lead by Ryan Germick.

As part of campaign, anyone can take a photo alone or with friends in circle of inclusion and spread the message of their support for Special Olympic World Games. Along with Google logo in circle of inclusion, you can see some of major events of games in the doodle.

It’s in Los Angeles, California the Special Olympic World Games 2015 will takes place. More than 7000 athletes from 177 countries will be part of the competitions this year. It’s in 1968 first ever Special Olympics Summer World Games took place at Chicago, United States. It’s after a gap of 16 years, Special Olympics is back to United States now. Last time, it was in 1999 United States hosted the Special Olympic Games.

Now, Los Angeles is completely ready to kick start the event. First Lady Michelle Obama will attend the opening ceremony. As per expectations, with 30,000 Special Olympic Volunteer’s and 500,000 spectators , LA2015 is going to be one of the biggest sports and humanitarian event this year.
