One of the most expected announcements for Google I/O 2013 is nothing but Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. But unfortunately Google didn’t make it in that event. Now the reports says Android 4.3 Galaxy SIV spotted before official release.

It is also spotted new logo within the screenshots. It is to be noted that Google not yet released this version of android.The confirmed specifications within android 4.3 Jelly Bean are OpenGL and Bluetooth Low Energy.
